Yea, quail! I miss seeing them, but I think the fire ants have cleared them out around here.I'm glad you had such a good visit with friends and family. I might be making myself some hot chocolate now that I have candy canes.

Such happy faces! Yummo. I love peppermint cocoa....with lots of marshmallows!The quail are adorable! I've not seen any here in our mountains and I've only seen one road runner. I miss them from when we lived on the west side of the mountains and we saw them every day.~Lisa
