We have had quite a few creatures in our garden in the past digging and stealing vegetables and fruits. Now the farmer is trying unsuccessfully, I might add, to deal with a couple of new pests.

"We will help you rid the garden of any unwanted or wanted carrots, Grandad".

Yes, this is the result of Grandma
demanding asking for a pose. The devil comes out for sure.

"OK Grandma, how about now?"
Never a dull moment with these two. Note the carrots and a small eggplant in Lucy's pocket. She isn't quite as innocent as she looks.

I love how she has those veggies stashed in her pants pockets....thats funny...and very smart, I might add. :)
The most fun and rewarding part of gardening - sharing it with children!
Some pests should be allowed to stay to keep our eco-system balanced! They're really cute pests too.
Oh my, those 'pests' are adorable! It's a good thing G'pa was out there to help them out. He's probably extra good at making sure the pests are well taken care of, too.

They're definitely little rascals. I do love a freshly pulled carrot though.
What beautiful carrots! The grandkids are cute, too. :)
The best pesticide for them is a batch of homemade cookies.
