One Out of Four

My sister and I went to the coast for four days, three of which were windy, rainy and foggy. The day before we came home was a pretty nice day. No matter because we were there to get away from our busy stressful lives for a few days and we spent our time sewing. No television, no phones, no work, no sick people. We actually slept in until 8:00 which is a rarity for both of us.

This was the one and only day we could see the sun set.

I love the coast and I came back feeling refreshed. Onward and upward. Back to the real life.
Have a lovely weekend everyone.

I came over from your "I'm in Springfield, Oregon" comment you left on Twisted Fenceposts site. Hello from a fellow Oregonian~

Beautiful sunset. I hope you had a wonderful time and are ready to take on all the challenges again! I believe in vacations and rest. As I remind my husband, even God rested on the seventh day!

Beautiful photos! So tranquil. I love the last one with the sky reflecting on the sand and the waves ready to crash!
